Dean Khialani

Dean Khialani is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience leading technology and digital operations in multimillion-dollar enterprises. His experience spans a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, legal services, and education with oversight of operational functions including infrastructure management, software, development, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.

Dean joined Advantage Behavioral Health in the Spring of 2023 as the company began to scale rapidly on a national level. As Interim Chief Technology Officer, Dean is responsible for the strategic and efficient operations of the technology division to support continued business growth and lasting client impact.

Dean holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and is credentialed as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He has served on the Board of the United Way of Broward County Commission on Substance Abuse and presently holds Board appointments at two prominent organizations committed to non-profit excellence.
