Jessica Maccarella

Jessica was a member of Harmony Bay’s original launch team and served as a one-person Front Office handling all administrative and operational needs of the company. Jessica’s late nights and early mornings helped guide Harmony Bay out of its start-up phase and ensured that company operations could continue functioning normally regardless of the circumstances. As Harmony Bay continued to scale, Jessica was regularly called upon to take on new responsibilities, always jumping in wherever necessary to help the company and team around her succeed. She recently became involved in several Victory Bay initiatives and quickly established herself as a formidable asset to Victory Bay clinical and medical leadership. As she continues to work closely with Executive Leadership, Jessica has become a trusted project manager, mentor, and operational leader within Advantage.
